After registration, each participant will receive a confirmation email. Before the event, we will stay in touch to inform you of updates and other practical information you may need.

WHICH TOOL DO I NEED TO JOIN THE ONLINE EVENTS?

We use the Hopin platform for most of our digital events because it helps us create a great digital experience for our attendees and speakers. All registrants will receive a link to Hopin via email shortly before the event. When you receive the link, simply follow it to a Hopin intuitive log-in page. We recommend connecting from a desktop computer rather than a mobile phone. Hopin is intuitive and easy to use. More resources are available at Hopin's Knowledge Center.

If you experience technical issues during an online event or during log-in, please follow these steps.

  • Make sure you are using a supported browser (we recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox).
  • Enable cookies in your browser.
  • If you are connected to the internet via your company network in your office, ask your IT department if the link address is blocked. If so, request for it to be unblocked.
  • If you are in your home office and access your company network via a VPN, deactivate the VPN connection and reopen the link to the platform.
  • If neither of the above works, you can attend the event via a private device or contact the IDC conference manager (the contact information is in the emails or on the event website).
